The seventh mentorship programme will begin in February 2026. The online meetings are three hours long, scheduled on the following dates:
Saturday, February 7 and Sunday, February 8, 2026
Sunday, March 8, 2026
Sunday, April 19, 2026
Sunday, May 17, 2026
Saturday, August 22 and Sunday, August 23, 2026
Saturday, September 5 and Sunday, September 6, 2026
Optional Q&A sessions (60-90 minutes): March 29, June 14, a July date (to be announced).

Requirements to apply:
An undergraduate university degree in music and/or dance education
Familiarity and basic training in movement/dance styles or techniques
Intensive immersion in Orff-Schulwerk pedagogy (for instance, levels trainings, regular OSW summer course participation, Special Course in Salzburg)
Two-year minimum teaching experience in music and movement
Interest in teaching teachers
A good spoken and written command of the English language
Your application should include:
Your CV including contact information
A letter of motivation outlining the following:
- your professional competencies and personal motivation to choose this programme
- how your music and movement training has prepared you for this programme and what kind of guidance you would like to have
- your intercultural experiences and competencies
- your motivation for teaching teachers
Assignments during the mentorship programme include:
- observational tasks
- written assignments
- teaching
- analyses of different teaching lessons
- artist dates
The teaching assignments include these formats:
- Mentor teaching, mentee observing
- Mentor and mentee teaching together
- Mentee teaching, mentor observing

Participation in the International Mentorship Programme requires a fee of 750€.
The first payment of 375€ is due by February 1st 2026. The second payment of 375€ is due by April 1st 2026.
